개천절, 기분 좋게 하루를 연다. 우선순위 (건강과 책쓰기)에 집중하되, -봉사-자기개발 차원의 조화로운 삶이다. 어제 모닝 루틴을 후 오전에는 봉사(명상 워크샵 원고 번역본 감수)하고 오후에는 일(코칭)했다 저녁은 MSC 명상수업에 참가했다. 책쓰기 덕분에 내 안으로, 안으로 들어간다. 나와 소통하는 과정이다. 운동하며 내 몸이 변하고 기존의 나를 넘어선다

I’m living my dream and preparing for the next year. I took out a photo of me 15 years ago. Time flies. That’s why I want to focus on my top priorities in life. So precious!

Day 3. I feel great today. I’m recharged today after hours of meditation, exercising and acupuncture treatment yesterday.


1. My wins: I did meditation and exercised at the boxing school. I attended the MSC class. I went to bed before midnight and had a good night’s sleep.


2. Feelings: Peaceful, relaxed and grateful


3. Action Plans for today: homework from MSC, book writing for 5 hours(Chapter 1 & 2)
