[Global Coaching] My Journey for True Wellness
[Global Coaching] True Wellness: Day 2
1. My accomplishments: 1) I had an online coaching session for new goals and action plans for October. 2) I met two of my coaches for my physical and emotional wellness respectively. I made changes to my action plans based on their observation and feedback. 3) I had two online meetings for my 2nd book with a business planner and an accountability partner. I set directions.
2. Insights: 1) It’s Stage 2 from now on. I'm in love. I need to relax more for decent sleep. 2) I shouldn’t lose any weight. My current weight will keep me fit and healthy. 3) More carbohydrates and fat are essential for me.
3. Actions: 1) 3 boxing classes with jogging 2 times/week plus more olive oil and rice in my diet. 2) the 1st draft of Chapters 1 and 2 by this Saturday. 3) Going to bed before midnight (digital detox)
